Communication strategist with master's degrees in Business Data Analytics and Organizational Leadership. I build experiences that change behavior — not just inform it. Bringing graduate-level analytical rigor and AI-powered design to compliance training and professional development.
"Two master's degrees. Three disciplines. One practice: learning design that produces measurable behavior change."
My undergraduate degree is in Communication and Public Relations — which means I've been practicing the core skills of instructional design (audience analysis, message design, channel selection, behavior change measurement) since before I called it ID. PR and ADDIE ask the same questions. Only the vocabulary is different.
From there I earned a Master's in Business Data Analytics — adding the quantitative measurement discipline that most instructional designers lack — and a Master's in Organizational Leadership / Nonprofit Leadership, which grounded the practice in how real organizations operate under compliance pressure, funding constraints, and board accountability.
The result is a practice built at the intersection of three graduate-level disciplines. I take projects where I can produce measurable outcomes — not just deliverables.
Trained in audience analysis, message design, persuasion, and campaign measurement — the same competencies that underpin effective instructional design.
Graduate training in statistical analysis, KPI measurement, and data visualization. Brings quantitative rigor to L&D evaluation that most designers don't have.
Graduate training in leadership theory, change management, and nonprofit governance — the operational context most compliance training is actually designed for.
